Union Square Holiday Market: New York, NY
Union Square Holiday Market pops up in unexpected places in New York City. You will find them in neighborhoods that foster a unique environment occupied by creative minds, artists, designers, chefs and entrepreneurs. It was rather delightful, walking from booth to booth that featured a wide array of products that was created and designed by some of the most talented people in the world.
At the Union Square Holiday Market, you will find handmade natural chocolate that was either formed into a candy bar or small bites that packaged in a cute bag with snowflakes on it. I sampled one, and it was naturally delicious.
There was also beautiful jewelry. The necklaces, rings, bracelets and earrings designed for either everyday use, nightlife or a special event at work were all unique. I tried on several pieces, and I purchased the most exquisite jewelry in that store. The best part about it was that I had an opportunity to meet the designer who was beaming with excitement for making another sale for the day.
Afterwards, I headed over to what I will like to call tea heaven! The booth showcased and sold fresh teas with a wide variety of flavors to tantalize your taste buds. The teas all had a specific purpose. There were teas to wake you up in the morning, relax you in the evening or heal you when you were sick. Some of my favorites included the Lavender Tea, Cold Chaser Caffeine Free Tea, and the Fitness Herbal Tea. I sampled quite a few, but those are the ones that I loved the most.
At the Union Square Holiday Market, there were a lot of more things to buy. Some of the stores sold authentic paintings, ties, ornaments to decorate your home or Christmas tree, an assortment of freshly roasted nuts and women handbags. At the various chef booths, there were gourmet olive oil, delicious pantry items and sweet treats like cookies and tarts. Other vendors sold organic skin care products that were specifically for problem areas on your skin.
Overall, the Union Square Holiday Market was a really cool place to enjoy an outdoor shopping experience! During the holiday season, you can shop for unique gifts at the Union Square Holiday Market. While you are there, treat yourself to some of their delicious goodies.
Happy Holidays!

Hi Africah! Wonderful post as usual. I have a sweet tooth, so I probably won’t have left the candy shop. I’m glad you wrote this post and not me. I’m sure if I ever found the will power to leave the candy shop I also would have enjoyed the “Tea Heaven”. Thanks again for the post.
