Tip #16 “Be Prepared”
Do you remember when you are were in elementary school and your teacher used to give a speech in the beginning of the school year that was focused on the importance of doing your homework? She will say key points such as it helps you to be prepared for the lessons that will be taught in class and it will give you practice for an upcoming test.
Well those earlier lessons, actually spans out into adulthood. Thus, I bring you to my next tip “The Prepared Traveler.” How do you become a prepared traveler? By doing your homework! For example, prior to your trip, always check the weather reports. This way you can avoid packing the wrong clothes just because you assume that the weather will be great at your final destination.
Additionally, read about the local news online. This will ensure that you will not be visiting a place that is having protests or riots.
